Exciting happenings:
- Dan Ford was the lucky winner of the Monte Carlo Tickets
- Roy Crow won a beautiful flower arrangement for wearing his Rotary pin to the meeting today!
Our Program was delivered by several BHS Faculty members tauting thier programs and the kids that make them special. A delicious lunch was served by the BHS catering class. They talked about some of the events that they have served and how the proceeds are utilized to enrich thier class. Pride in work as well as Teamwork are emphasized in this class. Vo Tech classes are offered to prepare students for a trade, & Skills USA offers students the chance to compete in thier trades up to National Levels. Other programs spotlighted included: Consumer Sciences (child development), Housing & Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Business Courses that cover Business Law, Graphic Media, Journalism (both written & photo), Accounting/Finance, Computer Web design and many more. I was almost wishing I could go back to High School!
April 23rd @ 2:00 BHS will host a Career & Technology Education Expo all are invited to attend.
