Program: Carl Smith Deputy Director of Department of Justice & Regulatory

Carl's presentation gave an informative view of Police Officers and first responders and the critical reaction that most citizens extend to our police. He outlined the sacrifices and abuse that these officers often are subjected to. Later in the discussion, facts and figures were discussed such as there have been more than 1 shooting per year in Public schools in the past 43 years.
