Program:
Justin Clifton from Town of Bayfield... New town hall - new sr center - If you haven't been by, be sure to come and see these great new facilities. A grant was obtained to hire a full time staff member for the sr center. Health based programs will be introduced - fitness, meals, etc...
Sewer Plant is well underway should be fuctional by September.
Sidewalks and trails are being brought on by stimulus package.
TOB is looking towards the future 5 yr plans are being drawn - What if challanges are being addressed.

Sales Taxes were up in the first 2 months of 09 and have dropped in March. Projections for Sewer Tap sales are pretty solid. Tract style homes are going into Dove Ranch - Green Building, LEED Certified - lower price point -

Economic Study: Land Use look at residential density in town and business districtWhat can do to relax some of the standards.

  • Signals on 160 - create commercial areas
  • Plans for Joe S park - acquired grant of 250k plus other contributions - Total 375k to update the park
