A great program about "Artistic Homes" at Dove Ranch. Artistic Homes company is a production builder and builds from a menu of styles and amenities. For instance you pick a floor plan from 60 possibilities from one thousand to three thousand square feet. Then you pick the interior and exterior: cabinets, colors, carpets, floors, lighting, banisters, everything.
All the homes are "green" built, meaning environmentally approved, and available for tax credits. Artistic Homes can also build you a net zero home that will generate enough of its own power to be independent of utilities: zero energy bills.
It takes eight weeks from contract to "move in." Artistic arranges financing with the buyer having to come up with only $1000 required to begin building.
Artistic will be building 54 individual homes at Dove Ranch.
